A urine receiver comprises a flexible, disposable bag f adapted to receive and contain urine from the patient and a cradle a supporting the bag f for presentation to the patient for urine collection therefrom, the bag being readily removable from the cradle and the cradle a comprises a shell wall defining a body portion b and a tubular neck portion c which extends away from the body portion and has an open end remote from the body portion for presentation to the patient.
