Abstract

1,201,535. Rolling. ILSEDER HUTTE. 2 April, 1968 [4 April, 1967], No. 15915/68. Heading B3M. A mill for rolling profiled bars incorporates a coupling 11 in the driving spindle 7 or 8 of one or both rolls, to enable the profiles 19, 20 of the two rolls 9, 10 to be adjusted into registry. The two parts 12, 13 of the or each coupling are centred by a spigot 14 and are angularly adjustable by means of screws 17. The screws are carried in lugs 18 on part 13 and engage a common lug 16 on the other part 12.
