Abstract

1,201,522. Sliders for sliding clasp fastners. EXPORT CORP. (OF CANADA) Ltd. 1 May, 1968, No. 20540/68. Heading E2S. A slider of the kind provided with a spring strip locking member is characterised in. that the strip 23 is anchored at one end 30 by member 32, and a loop 25 extends over and engages a spindle 19 of the pull tab 18, journalled in a pair of lugs 20 preferably integral with front wall 10 of the slider. The spindle has a cam 22 in engagement with strip 23 so that when the pull tab is raised prong 26 is withdrawn out of the fastener elements in channel 14.
