1,193,781. Brushes. E. J. WILLSON. 22 Jan., 1968, No. 3183/68. Heading A4K. An arcuate brush 38 is carried, in the mouth of a jar 16, by means of an apertured plastics insert 28. An article, such as a fingernail or a bowl of a spoon is passed through opening 42 so that it can be rubbed against the brush, in the presence of nail varnish remover or another liquid cleaning agent. A closure may be fitted over the whole mouth of the jar or a plastics cap (46, Fig. 6, not shown) may seal opening 42.
