Heading A5B. {Also in Division C2]i Inhalation; anaesthetic compositions comprise the compound CHF 2 -CBrF-CHF 2 together with an amount of oxygen capable of supporting respiration. The active compound may be used in admixture with pharmaceutically acceptable diluents and stabilisers, e:g. thymol, or one or more known inhalation anaesthetics, e.g. nitrous oxide, ether, halothane, chloroform, cyclopropane or methoxyfluorane.
