Abstract
1,191,211. Improvements relating to sinks. EASICLENE DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT Ltd. 9 Dec., 1968 [5 Jan., 1968], No. 802/68. Heading A4N. An outlet for a stainless steel or like pressed metal sink 10 comprises an opening in the bottom of the sink leading into a frustro conical wall 12 extending downwardly from and integral with the bottom of the sink and said wall leading into a cylindrical outlet sleeve or tube 13 the upper end of which is brazed, welded or otherwise secured thereto. The outlet sleeve 13 may abut against or overlap (Fig. 2 not shown) the end of the wall. A grid 18 may be formed integral with the tube 13 or with the frusto conical wall (Fig. 2). The outlet may be situated in a depression 11 in the sink. The tube 13 may be formed with a thread 16.
