1,187,288. Sets of containers. MANNESMANN A.G., F.-A. NEUMAN, and H.-A. NEUMAN, [trading as F. A. NEUMAN]. 15 Aug., 1967 [16 Aug., 1966], No. 37348/67. Heading B8P. An assembly of containers comprises two lower elongated containers 1, 2 and two upper containers 3, 4, each container being provided with disengageable means for interconnection, each container having an opening in one end thereof which is accessible for loading and unloading in the assembled condition of the containers and the arrangement being such that in the assembled condition with the interconnection means engaged, the lower containers are in side-by-side relationship and the upper containers in end-to-end relationship and each spanning the junction between the lower containers. The containers may be of open or lattice construction, Fig. 4 (not shown), and the lower containers may have means for securing them to the floor of a vehicle. Rollers 7 may be fitted to the containers to assist their relative movement when disengaged.
