Abstract

1,180,195. Luminescent screens. R.C.A. CORP. 4 March, 1968 [29 March, 1967]. No. 10370/68. Heading H1D. The description is similar to that of Specification 1,180,194 but the claims relate to depositing a coating, e.g. of graphite, over a pattern of polymeric material, e.g. of dichromated polyvinyl alcohol, and chemically removing the polymeric material with its overlying coating to leave the coating only on areas which were not covered by polymeric material, and subsequently depositing phosphor layer.
