Abstract

117,654. Everett, S. J. July 21, 1917. Syringes and the like.-The needle of a hypodermic syringe is provided with a head consisting of a cone b, the apex b<1> of which projects into the passage d of the nipple e, and the broad base c makes joint with the interior of the nozzle f. The base c may be conical or spherical, or may be flat, as shown in Fig. 4, and make a line joint. The mouth of the passage d may be rounded or bevelled.
