A perambulator has a chassis 11a mounted on wheels 15 and to the forward end of which is pivoted a seat frame also connected to the chassis by an inclined strut 12b. The strut 12b is pivoted to the chassis by a link arm 14a, a spring 14b being connected at 14c to the chassis.
