[Also in Division G3] A drying chamber 1 for a textile web 2 comprises a flap or like valve 6 in an air outlet conduit 4 which is actuated by a servomotor 9 connected to a regulator 8 and a sensing member 7 responding to the pressure difference between ambient and chamber atmospheres or the temperature of the air flow between the chamber and ambient atmosphere created by the pressure difference.
