Abstract

1,169,465. Triglycidyl isocyanurate resins. CIBA Ltd. 15 June, 1967 [16 June, 1966], No. 27741/67. Heading C3B. Triglycidyl isocyanurate (T.G.I.) is reacted with compounds containing at least one primary alcoholic OH group and/or carboxyl group (which may be in the form of an anhydride) using for each mole of T.G.I., 0À1 to 1À5 equivalents of OH and 1 or COOH groups. These partially cured resins may be fully hardened by any of the conventional epoxy resin hardeners.
