[Also in Division E2] An insert cup 71 formed of sheet thermoplastic material for insertion in a rigid cup holder 72 is formed in the lower part of its side wall with a ring of circumferentially spaced protuberances 76 for resiliently engaging an internal shelf 73 in the holder, the protuberances having lower lead-in portions extending upwardly and outwardly from the side wall to the portion of the protuberances at a maximum distance from the axis of the cup. As described the protuberances are separated by axially extending folds. The cup includes a shoulder 81 for supporting a similar cup nested in the cup, the shoulder being axially displaced from the protuberances.
