Abstract

1,159,129. Venetian blinds. S. E. PERSSON. 12 Oct., 1966, No. 45688/66. Heading E1J. In a horizontally pivoted double sash window provided with a Venetian blind between the sashes, the operating and tilting cords are enclosed for the major part of their length within the window structure and issue through openings in one side of the window. The operating cord is secured by winding on a dealt or by jamming a peg on its terminal knob into the hole through which it issues (Fig. 5, 'not shown).
