Abstract

1,151,946. Windscreen wipers. ROBERT BOSCH G.m.b.H. 11 July, 1967 [21 July, 1966], No. 31811/67. Heading A4F. The claws 16 connecting a yoke 15 to the head 23 of a windscreen wiper blade extend into grooves which hold reinforcing spring strips 28 in the head 23, and locally displace portions 37 of those walls of the grooves nearer the wiper lip 21. Pocketlike recesses 36 are formed in the wiper blade adjacent the portions 37 to facilitate their displacement.
