[Also in Division E1] Rotary furnace linings or arched roofs for furnaces are constructed of rows of refractory bricks, each of which is cranked about a diagonal across its oppositely disposed largest faces. The brick may be tapered slightly, Figs. 1-3 (not shown), or may be double the normal size and not tapered, Figs. 4-6 (not shown).
