Abstract

1,142,881. Wail shuttering support. RAPID METAL DEVELOPMENTS Ltd. and TERSONS Ltd. 25 July, 1967 [29 April, 1966], No. 18925/66. Heading E1S. A support for wall shuttering 20 with walings 19 and 26 attached thereto comprises a square-sectioned base member 12, an adjustable sloping prop 13 clamped to the waling 19 at its upper end, and a horizontal prop 21 in the form of a V in plan, pivotally attached to the member 12 and clamped in the waling 26. The prop 13 is pivotally attached at 16 to a bracket 15 to which is welded an angle-section member 17 with the vertical flange curtailed, the member 17 carrying a vertically-adjustable hook 18. The prop 21 comprises angle-section members fixed together at the apex of the V and with a transverse angle-section member 23 welded thereto, each angle-section member carrying a curtailed angle-section member 24 similar to the member 17, and a hook 25 similar to the hook 18.
