A water outlet comprises a water discharge pipe 1 which is connected to a pressurised storage container (not shown) through a holder 2. Water discharge pipe 1 is substantially bow shaped and its side arm 1b is fitted in a sealed manner into a boring of holder 2. Pipe 1 is freely turnable between open position A and closed position B. In the position A, the opening provided in 1b portion of pipe 1 lies opposite a passage 4 in the holder communicating with storage container. The water delivery device is secured to a side wall 11 of a wash basin 10.
