Abstract

1,138,506. Filing papers. HERBERT ZIPPEL K.G. 6 April, 1966 [14 June, 1965], No. 54868/67. Divided out of 1,138,505. Heading B6E. A base-plate 39 with filing posts 50 fixed thereto has a Z-shaped plate 48 slidably mounted thereon, the upper flange 51 of the plate 48 having slots 52 to engage the free ends of the posts and secure leaves filed on the posts. The plate 48 has side extensions 54 slidably engaging grooves in raised parts 53 of the plate 39 and has slots 57 engaging pins 56 attached to the plate 39. Flexible extensions 51a are provided on the flange 51 and serve to clamp leaves held by the posts 50. Slots 42 are formed in adjacent edges of the plates 39, 48 for suspending the device from a rail 43, the slots in the two plates being aligned with one another when the plate 48 is in locking position. Slots 45, 46 are provided near the ends of the plate 39 whereby hookshaped members (27, Fig. 5) may be attached by means of studs (47) for suspending the device from side rails (44). Index tabs.-The slots 45, 46 may be used to attach lettering plates (27a, Fig. 5), to the device.
