1,182,480. Stationery; filing papers. SOC. A RESPONSABILITE LIMITEE DITE: MATORG. 23 Nov., 1967 [28 Feb., 1967], No. 53434/67. Headings B6A and B6E. A device for holding a document whilst working on a document superjacent thereto comprises a base-plate 1 and a clamping strip 3. The base-plate accommodates a magnetic strip 4 alongside one edge whilst the clamping strip 3 is so shaped that recesses 6 and 9 are formed between the assembled strip and plate. The stationery document D1 is punched to allow positioning over pins 2 which protrude upwardly from the plate 1 through corresponding holes in the strip 3. An edge 8 formed in the plate 1 and a knife-edge abutment 7 on the strip 3 coact to provide a guiding edge for the movable document D2.
