A hinged, rectangular frame 15, 16 secured by press-buttoned straps 14 to one edge of a flexible panel 10, which is foldable on a transverse centre line for closure of a sliding clasp fastener to form a carrying case, has a support 19 for a garment hanger, the upper part of a man's jacket carried by the hanger being folded when the part 16 of the frame is hinged towards the part 15. A retaining strap and a pocket closed by a sliding clasp fastener are provided.
