Abstract

1,125,910. Displaying articles. A. M. MENDOZA. 21 Aug., 1967 [20 May, 1966], No. 22726/66. Heading A4T. [Also in Division B5] Artificial finger nails 7, which are moulded in a sheet 5 of thermoplastic material, are mounted for display purposes by bonding the sheet 5 to a backing sheet 14 having protuberances which internest with the nails and backwardly projecting pegs 17, cutting out each individual nail assembly and finally mounting them on an apertured card by pressing the pegs through the apertures. Alternatively the nails are cut from the sheet 5 so as to leave a flat flange around each nail, the flange subsequently being sandwiched between an aperture facing card and a backing card.
