Abstract
1,125,670. Deuterium enrichment of ammonia. COMMISSARIAT A L'ENERGIE ATOMIQUE.. 21 Sept., 1966 [24, Sept., 1965], No. 42226/66. Heading C1A. Liquid ammonia is isotopically enriched with deuterium by contacting it with. deuteriumcontaining hydrogen in the presence of 5-40 vol. per cent of trimethylamine and preferably also potassamide. The reaction may be performed at - 70 to - 40‹ C.
