[Also in Division H1] A cell for an oil-filled electric cable feed tank to accommodate volumetric variations in the oil pressure with changes in temperature comprises a pair of opposed flexible diaphragms having their edges turned in, which edges are overlapped and sealed by welding or soldering. The overlap preferably extends the full axial length of the wall thus avoiding the use of the normal ring side wall. The diaphragms may be made of sheet steel turned by hot dipping.
