Abstract

1,107,053. Endless track vehicles. E. PRINOTH. 8 June, 1965 [24 May, 1965], No. 24141/66. Divided out of 1,107,052. Heading B7H. [Also in Division E1] A machine for levelling snow on ski-tracks comprises a pair of endless track vehicles 1a and 1b between which is connected a frame 3 provided with cutter blades 4 and 5. A jack 8 operated through gearing 9 from a motor 6 is connected to the frame at each corner and is bonded to a rubber block which is also bonded to a plate 12 connected to the adjacent vehicle to afford a resilient connection between the frame and the vehicles. The electric motors are remotely controlled from one of the vehicles to provide for height adjustment of the frame. The rubber blocks are reinforced by chains or other flexible inextensible inserts.
