110,408. Godwin, D. H. Oct. 24, 1916. Belt fastenings.-A fastener which fills the gap between the ends of a belt for motor-cycles &c. comprises two side links e faced with leather &c. and formed with inwardly projecting bosses d connected together by studs f. The bosses constitute joint pins for U-shaped clips a fixed to the belt ends. The bosses may be replaced by shoulders on the studs, or the studs may be integral with one of the plates and passed through holes in the other.
