[Also in Division E2] Hand shears having a pair of pivotally connected blades each of which is rigidly connected to a handle includes blades 10, 11, handles 12, 13 and a pivot connection parts of which are formed integrally with the handle [see Division E2]. The handles may be formed from a synthetic plastics material and the handgrip portions thereof are formed integrally with the pivot means. The cross-section of each handgrip section varies from end-to-end thereof.
