Abstract

110,104. Whaley, J. April 4, 1917. Covers.-A file for papers &c. comprises a folded cover a with a cut-out flap b bent to overlie the papers c, and a spring clip d which grips the flap b and the uncut side of the cover and has its operating levers f projecting through the opening e. Index sheets, filed with the papers, may carry tabs h projecting through a slot g in the back of the cover, which serve both as an index and as means for holding the index sheets in position when the clip is open. A book-marker ;i may be attached to the cover a by passing the T-shaped head j through a slot k.
