Abstract

1,100,369. Nail &c. package; boxes. SIGNODE CORPORATION. 20 Sept., 1966 [11 Oct., 1965], No. 41956/66. Headings B8C and B8P. Fasteners, particularly nails, for use in driving-tool magazines are joined by one or more pairs of adhesive strips, one strip of the pair having only tangential contact with the nails to prevent separation from the nails by tension in the strips. The nails may be contained in a disposable shell shaped to assist ready withdrawal. The shell may be in moulded halves 12 having opposed depressions forming compartments joined by passages permitting transition of a nail at a time between compartments. The exit opening 30 may include a retaining tongue 72.
