Fig. 5 is a rear elevational view to a reduced scale; and

Fig. 6 is a side elevational view to a reduced scale, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof.

The detachable carrying strap has been partly broken away in Figs. 2, 3 and 4 and has been omitted from Figs. 1, 5 and 6 for convenience in illustration.

I claim: The ornamental design for a portable tape recorder or similar article, as shown and described.
