Abstract
1,099,742. Cleaning heat-exchangers. VSESOJUZNY TEPLOTEKHNICHESKY INSTITUT IM F,E, DZERZHINSKOGO. Jan. 28, 1966, No. 4013/66. Heading F2N. For the vibrational cleaning of external contamination from heat-exchange tubes 7, a vibrator 1 on a plate 4, mounted by spring dampers 6 on the heatexchanger framework, is rigidly connected by suspension bars 3 to the stacks of tubes. In a modification, the tubes are suspended from a system of beams in turn connected by the bars 3 to the plate 4.
