Abstract

The heat-exchanger is for use with dust-laden exhaust gas, having a horizontal exhaust passage (1), in which is a bundle (2) of zigzagging tubes at right angles to the gas flow direction and equipped with a vibratory cleaning mechanism. The top part of the bundle is outside the exhaust passage, and extends fore between 20% and 50% of the length of the remainder inside it. The top part is inclosed in a separate gastight chamber (4) connected to the passage, in which the cleaning mechanism (5) and the suspension devices (9) for the bundle are accommodated. ADVANTAGE - No deposits of dust on horizontal vibrator tubes.

Description

The invention relates to a heat exchanger, the dust-containing exhaust gas is flowed through, consisting of the essentially horizontal exhaust duct with bundles of coils arranged in it, which are transverse to the flow direction device of the exhaust gas arranged and ver with vibration cleaners are seen.

Such systems are known, inter alia, from DE-OS 24 11 133 become. The disadvantage of this known system according to DE-OS 24 11 133 that the horizontally running vibrating tubes and with arranged in the central area of the vertical coil tube bundle are, so that during the vibration cleaning process the above the vibration level loosened dust deposits when falling on the horizontally arranged Vibrating tubes remain and block the free tube lanes to lead. These blockages can affect the function of the vibratory cleaning affect directions so that the heat exchanger in very difficult Dust properties can also be deactivated.

The object of the invention is to be a heat exchanger after the beginning to create the type in which the disadvantages mentioned avoided will.

This object is achieved in that the upper area of the pipe coil gene bundle is arranged outside the exhaust duct and about 20 to 50% the length of the area of the pipe in the exhaust duct from which the exhaust gas is applied corresponds to the bundle of snakes, the upper part of the coils bundle of a gas-tightly connected chamber connected to the exhaust duct is encased in which the vibrating cleaning devices and the on Hangings for the coil bundle are arranged.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the seal between the Chamber and the exhaust duct formed from cooled coils.

By the measure according to the invention, the vibrating lines and Driver parts of the vibrator cleaning device and the suspension of the Pipe coil bundles above and outside the exhaust gas flow can the cleaned dust layers and chunks of dust when falling out from the bundle of coils not to block the free cross cuts or an impairment of the function of the vibration cleaning lead device. Trouble-free operation of the Heat exchanger can be guaranteed.

Through the use of cooled coils, the chamber in which the vibrating rods are located in the channel through which the exhaust gas flows be shielded that both the vibration cleaning system and the Suspension of the coiled tube bundle protected from the dust-laden gas will.

The invention will become more apparent from the description and the drawing explained.

The exhaust gases loaded with a high dust content flow through the heat exchanger, consisting of the exhaust duct 1 with hanging tube bundles 2 arranged therein and the above-arranged Rüttelreinigungsvor device 5 with vibrating tubes 6 , the driver 1 and the drive 8, not shown.

The pipe coils 3 suspended from the support pipes 12 of the pipe coils bundle 2 are deflected by the horizontally guided vibrating pipes 6 and struck and cleaned in pairs at the lower ends. The resulting dust can be discharged through the downward hanging pipe coils 3 of the pipe coil bundle 2 without hindrance.

Die wassergekühlten Rohre 11 schirmen die Kammer 4 gegen das Eindringen von Abgas ab.The water-cooled pipes 11 shield the chamber 4 against the ingress of exhaust gas.
