Abstract

1,095,640. Filing papers. BRITISH EAST LIGHT Ltd. Nov. 29, 1966 [Dec. 30, 1965], No. 55264/65. Heading B6E. Leaves 10 in the form of a zig-zag folded web of stationery are filed in a binder 9, 12, 13 by flexible posts which pass through sets of perforations in the leaves, the posts each comprising a metal or plastics head part (1) having a disc (2) and a cylindrical extension rod 3, a plastics disc (4) with a central hole (6), and a helix (7) of wire. In use, the rod (3) is passed through a hole in the fold 12 of the binder, the disc (4) is engaged over the rod to lie on the inside of the fold 12, and the wire helix (7) is screwed on to the rod (3). The free end of the helix (7) has a plastics plug (8) therein, and that end passes through the fold 13 of the binder, and is retained by bending it over, and securing it beneath a lug 14 of known type on the outside of the fold 13.
