Fractured limbs, supports for.-An arm support adapted for ready attachment to stretchers and beds comprises a frame D, Fig. 10, bent from round-section bar and provided with tape rests C. For attachment to a bedstead, a depending rod F, Fig. 3, secured to the frame is fixed by a screw H in a hole in a bracket A of aluminium or other metal. The bracket has a lip B for engaging the angle bar of the bedstead and is provided with clamping-screws. For attachment to a wooden stretcher, the bracket A, Fig. 7, takes the form of an angle cramp. The support may be used as a splint with the aid of sand-bags.
