A valve actuator cap for a pressurized dispensing container has the valve operating tab 12 integrally connected to the cap body 1, 2, 8 by by a hinge. The hinge (13), Fig. (not shown), contains the discharge passage 15 from the tab socket 14 which receives the container valve stem 7.
