1,090,277. Draught excluders. A. HOLZAEPFEL and C. HOLZAEPFEL. Aug. 9, 1965 [Sept. 8, 1964], No. 33959/65. Addition to 995789. Heading E1J. A draught excluder strip or seal strip of firtree cross section comprises a stiff central stem 10 having at one end an anchoring tooth portion 10' for insertion and gluing in a slot, at least one resilient sealing lip 14 extending at an acute angle to the stem at the other end of the stem 10, a stiff cover flange 11 extending laterally near the portion 10' and a further stiff lateral flange 12 forming with flange 11 a groove 13. The soft resilient lips 14, are made of the same material as the hard stem 10 and cover flanges 11 and flanges 12. The groove 13 receives the locking bar of a bar lock and a flange 12 may function as a door &c stop.
