Abstract

An emulsifiable product comprises the reaction product of an unsaturated polyalkylene wax and from 5 to 20% by weight of the wax, of an unsaturated a ,b -dicarboxylic acid ester of an alcohol containing up to 20 carbon atoms. The polyalkylene wax is preferably a polymer of ethylene or propylene with a molecular weight of 1000 to 5000 and contains at least one double bond. Diethyl maleate and fumarate are the preferred esters.
