Abstract

1,084,678. Controlling warp tension. INSTITUT TEXTILE DE FRANCE. June 16, 1965 [June 17, 1964], No. 25412/65. Heading DIE. A roller 12 is moved by the warp 9 and actuates a device to control the warp let-off and maintain constant tension. The device may be photo-electric photo-thyraton, a variable capacitor, a strain gauge or potentiometer incorporated in a wheatstone bridge, a piezoelectric unit or a differential transformer.
