[Also in Division F2] A method of manufacturing cement pipes comprises applying a sintered, corrosion-resistant plastics lining 2 to a mould core 5, and feeding cement mortar between this core and lining and a mould 6. The surface of the lining adapted to contact and be attached to the pipe may be spread with hot sand which melts into the surface which may also be electronically or flame treated. An end portion 4 of the lining may be cast in the end of the pipe.
