A hinged-sliding member, especially a cabinet door (14, 15) or a table leaf, carries two axially aligned pivot pins (12, 13) with projecting ends pivotally embedded in holes in fittings (7, 8) which are slidably engaged in grooves (5, 6) in the bottom and top walls (1, 2) of a cabinet, the inwardly arched free end of at least the lower pin (12) being releasably gripped by an adjustably spring loaded ball (19) carried in a tubular holder 18 fitted in the bottom wall (1). The doors (14, 15) are each slidable between a cabinet side wall (3) and an adjacent portion wall (11).
