A wardrobe or cabinet with compartments 1, 2, 3 of which compartment 3 is divided by shelves 7 has hinged doors 8, 9 pivotable about vertical axes to close compartments 1, 2 and a sliding door 10 to close the centre compartment 3, the door 10 being slidable on tracks 11 whether the doors 8, 9 are opened or closed. A modification has only one hinged door.
