Abstract
106,978. Bright & Bros., J., and Chadwick, F. March 20, 1917. Creel arrangements; thread guides.-In a doubling-frame, the ends c are drawn from the warper's beam a, Fig. 1, in a substantially vertical direction and are passed in tape form through guides e on a rail d of V or crescent shape. They are then passed through guides to the drawing- rollers h and from there to ring or flyer spindles to be wound on bobbins k. The ends which pass to the outer extremities of the frames are guided by pins &c. on an adjustable frame f. The guides e, Fig. 4, maintain the end in tape form and give it a double bearing as it is drawn down and then away to the side.
