1,065,320. Radiators for vehicle engines. T. R. DEMYON. March 3, 1965 [March 4, 1964; Aug. 3, 1964; Feb. 23, 1965], No. 9153/65. Heading F4S. [Also in Division G1] A sight gauge for indicating the fluid level in a vehicle radiator R, comprises a hemispherical shaped transparent cap 68 secured in a fluid-tight manner to a nipple 64 formed on or attached to the wall of the radiator so that the fluid level can be seen from all directions through the cap relevant to the cap side and wall face. The cap 68 may also be fitted in a radiator hose (Fig. 8).
