[Also in Division B7] A fertilizer distributer comprises a hopper provided with a set of road wheels 54 which are extended for transport purposes by hydraulic actuators 58 and are raised by a winch 64. A drawbar 66 is used for transport purposes and is folded as shown in Fig 2A when the machine is used in the field. A drawbar 70 is used in the field and is retracted for transport. Material is deposited through openings 82 by a roller 83 provided with blades 84. The size of the openings 82 is adjusted by means of a plate 100 provided with apertures 102 and controlled by a hydraulic actuator 105.
