1,047,671. Jewellery display pads. H. E. BAKER. Oct. 14, 1965 [Jan. 27, 1965], No. 3491/65. Heading A4T. A jewellery display pao is made by applying lines of pressure sensitive adhesive 11 to the face of a cardboard backing plate 10 adjacent its edges, laying a filling pad 12 of foamed rubber or foamed plastic within the confines of the lines of adhesive, placing a cover 13 of velvet over the pad 12 and applying pressure by a suitable press to the cover 13 over areas corresponding to the lines of adhesive to bond the cover to the backing plate.
