Abstract
1,046,767. Making dynamo-electric machines. JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd. Aug. 28, 1963 [Sept. 12, 1962], No. 34798/62. Heading B3A. [Also in Division H2] Rotor laminations 7, 8 are punched out of the stator laminations 9 and have tangential projections which are bent in an axial direction to form poles 11 (Fig. 2, not shown). Each pole may be formed of two projections bent towards each other (Fig. 4, not shown). The outermost lamination of each stack may be bent in the opposite direction to form a fan blade 12 (Fig. 1, not shown).
