[Also in Division F3] A device for severing anchor lines of explosive mines as in Specification 879,250, is provided with a threaded barrel into which a cartridge 31 having a sealing ring 64 is screwed. The ring 64 is housed between flanges 62, 63 on the cartridge and forms a water-tight seal with the barrel.
