Abstract

1,043,474. Automatic exposure control. PRONTOR-WERK ALFRED GAUTHER G.m.b.H. April 13, 1965 [May 23, 1964], No. 15702/65. Heading G2A. An automatic exposure control has an electronic control circuit, Fig. 1 (not shown) which includes a test lamp 5, Fig. 3, by means of which the condition of a battery 1 Fig. 1 (not shown) may be checked. The test lamp 5 Fig. 3 is energized through a switch 6 and can be viewed through eyepieces 9, 12. The eyepiece 9 has a grey filter 10 of such density that the test lamp 5 can be seen so long as the battery voltage is above an admissible level. The eyepiece 12 allows the test lamp to be viewed to ascertain whether it is lit. Fibre optics 15, 16, Fig. 4 (not shown) may connect the lamp and eyepieces when fitted at separated points.
