Abstract

Expoxy resins are cured by amines of the formula <FORM:1041665/C3/1> wherein R is a polyhalodiphenyl radical and R1 and R2 are each hydrogen, or a saturated or unsaturated, cyclic or heterocyclic aliphatic radical, carrying at least one primary amino group. The curable compositions are useful in the production of castings, laminates, paints, expanded products, electrical and electronic components having flame-resistant and self-extinguishing properties.
