A ground pulverizing and stabilizing machine has mounted between support structures disposed transversely of and extending down from the underside of the chassis of the machine to below ground level at least one ground pulverizing rotor formed of digger teeth-carrying bars extending between and peripherally around spaced apart discs secured to a driven shaft extending through and supported in the structures through conduits extend to allow of stabilizing material is forced into the ground pulverized by the rotor or rotors rotating in the same direction as the ground-engaging wheels of the chassis during advance of the chassis. Further stabilizing material may be added to the ground as it is pulverized from conduits in scarifying members dependent from the chassis ahead of the rotor or rotors.
